By accessing or using Frayght (the "Service"), operated by Frayght Pte. Ltd. ("Frayght", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
The Service is intended for businesses and individuals engaged in freight forwarding, logistics, customs brokerage, or cargo shipping. Use for personal, non-commercial purposes is not intended and may result in account suspension.
Frayght offers two account types:
Freight Forwarder Accounts are for companies or individuals providing freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics services. These accounts require a paid subscription after the 14-day free trial and have access to the full Frayght platform: document processing, job management, team management, HS code classification, anomaly detection, and marketplace listing.
Cargo Owner Accounts are for shippers, importers, exporters, and other parties who use freight forwarders to move goods. These accounts are free of charge and provide access to shipment tracking, document submission, forwarder search, and direct messaging. Cargo owner accounts connect to forwarder accounts via invitation or marketplace request.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@frayght.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Free Trial. New freight forwarder accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Paid Subscriptions. At the end of the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using freight forwarder features. Plans start from SGD $299 per month. Current pricing is displayed on the platform and may be updated with 30 days' advance notice.
Billing Cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from account settings or by written notice to hello@frayght.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Cargo owner accounts are and will remain free of charge. Frayght will not charge cargo owners for shipment tracking and communication features.
Usage Limits. Plans include limits on documents processed, jobs created, and staff accounts. Usage is shown in your dashboard. Frayght may temporarily restrict service if usage significantly exceeds plan limits without prior arrangement.
Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable goods and services tax (GST) or other taxes. You are responsible for all taxes applicable under Singapore law or your local jurisdiction.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Frayght reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts where a violation is reasonably believed to have occurred, without prior notice.
Your Data Belongs to You. All documents, shipment records, company data, and business information you upload or generate through the Service ("Customer Data") remain your property. Frayght makes no claim of ownership over Customer Data.
Licence to Provide the Service. By uploading Customer Data, you grant Frayght a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and process the data solely as necessary to provide the Service. This licence terminates when you delete the data or close your account.
Data Export. You may export your data at any time using tools available in the dashboard, or by requesting a full export at hello@frayght.com. We will fulfil export requests within 14 business days.
No Use for Training. Frayght does not use your Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or language models without your explicit written consent.
Document Confidentiality. Shipping documents uploaded to Frayght are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., cloud storage and hosting providers bound by data processing agreements) or as required by law.
By You. You may terminate your account at any time by written request to hello@frayght.com. For freight forwarder accounts, termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless you request immediate termination.
By Frayght. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have materially violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination:
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including data ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply after termination.
No Warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Frayght does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Accuracy of Extracted Data. Document processing features use automated extraction technology. While we aim for high accuracy, Frayght does not warrant that extracted fields are complete or error-free. You remain responsible for verifying extracted data before acting on it, particularly for customs declarations, bills of lading, and commercial invoices where errors may have legal or financial consequences.
Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Frayght's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Frayght in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss. Frayght is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, customs penalties, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including disputes about their existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any disputes, without prejudice to Frayght's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
